SikhPark Creator Inspires Budapest Bank Ad Campaign

The Budapest Bank, established in Hungary two decades ago, is one of the country's leading commercial financing institutions.
It has chosen a Sardar from Britain - "Dalbir Singh" - as its host and public face in its nation-wide advertisement and marketing campaign.
The concept - of the handsome young Sardar as the Budapest Bank's spokesman in newspaper and magazine ads, TV and radio commercials, posters, as well as large billboards to be found all over the country - was inspired by SikhPark cartoon series creator, Dalbir Singh, who, for several years, was the Creative Director at the Budapest office of the world-renowned ad agency, Ogilvy & Mather.

The ad agency, however, behind this campaign is Laboratory Ideas, Budapest.
And the creators are Alex Szenassy and his team.
