There was a time when Prithia, Guru Arjan's elder brother, sent his goon to loot everything in Guru Arjan's humble abode. Just a little flour was left in an earthen pot and Mata Ganga - Guru Ji's mehal - manged to make a couple of dry rotis, and started to cry because of the dire situation. At that time, gurbani came in thankfulness: "rookho bhojan bhoom sain sakhee / paria-a sang sookh bihat" [GGS:1306.12] - "Even with only dry crusts of bread, and a hard floor on which to sleep, my life passes in peace and pleasure with my Beloved." Hardeep jio, do you have such a menu?
